Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Sequently is operated by FOGGY LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17140351. We are the controller of personal information used for the purposes described in this policy.

Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
Email: daniil@sequently.co.

2. Information we collect and why

Delivering and protecting the website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, time and response status to deliver the website, detect abuse and diagnose errors. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website.

Optional analytics. If you allow analytics, PostHog receives a pseudonymous browser identifier and session identifier, page views, clicks on selected buttons, sections viewed, FAQ interactions and mobile-menu interactions. It also receives browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP address, referral information and campaign attribution. We use this to understand and improve the website. These identifiers do not tell us your name, but they can distinguish a browser across visits and are not fully anonymous. Our lawful basis is your consent.

Optional session recordings. The same choice enables PostHog recordings of the visible page, cursor movements, scrolling and interactions. Recordings reconstruct website activity; they do not record your camera, microphone, other tabs or your whole screen. Input values are masked. Console logs and network request or response bodies are not enabled for recording. Our lawful basis is your consent.

Website form. The company website URL field is validated in your browser. Its value is not sent to us, stored by the form, or included in our analytics events. Analytics may record that a valid form was submitted, without the value. We remove query strings and fragments from page and referral URLs sent to PostHog; standard campaign attribution remains.

Emails you send us. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond and maintain the correspondence, based on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries. We rely on a legal obligation where we process information to fulfil a data-protection request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Cloudflare may also provide cookieless website-performance measurements, such as page-loading time, browser type and country. These do not use PostHog identifiers or session recordings. We use aggregate performance information to maintain and improve the website, based on our legitimate interests.

Providing optional analytics data is not required by law or contract. This website does not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We store your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage under sequently_privacy_v1, including the choice, policy version and date. It expires after approximately six months, when we ask again. This preference is needed to remember your decision and does not itself enable tracking.

After you allow analytics, PostHog uses local storage and session storage for identifiers and session information (keys beginning with ph_). Our integration uses local storage rather than PostHog tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies when required to protect the website.

You can withdraw consent at any time through in the footer. Withdrawal stops new PostHog collection and clears its identifiers in this browser. It does not automatically delete information already received; contact us if you also want to request deletion. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We also keep PostHog off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Your choice applies to this browser on sequently.co; different browsers and devices have separate choices. Clearing storage removes your saved choice. If your browser blocks storage, we keep your choice only for the current page.

Privacy settings control PostHog. Essential hosting and security processing, and Cloudflare’s cookieless performance measurements, are separate. Contact us to ask questions or object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

4. Who receives information?

We do not sell your personal information or share it for behavioural advertising. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect legal rights.

EU hosting does not mean every supplier operation takes place only in the EU. Cloudflare operates a global network, and suppliers and their subprocessors may process information in the United States or other countries. Their data-processing terms provide international-transfer safeguards, including recognised adequacy arrangements and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum. Contact us for more information about applicable safeguards.

5. How long we keep information

6. Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for optional analytics and recordings. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

Email daniil@sequently.co or write to our registered office. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your request and locate the relevant data. We generally respond within one month, subject to applicable extensions and exceptions. Requests are normally free of charge.

7. Security, children and policy updates

We use HTTPS, restrict access to our service accounts and minimise collected information. No online service is completely secure. This website is intended for business users, not children; contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address it.

We will update this policy if our website or processing changes and publish the new effective date here. If a change requires fresh consent, we will ask before enabling that processing.
